The aim of the majority of Electrabel’s sponsoring activities is on sports. Correspondingly, Sportizon developed Electrabel Street Heroes. This CSR-project is a national panna competition. The project endeavors to use the power of sports and of soccer in particular, to integrate young people with different backgrounds. This concept has been so successful that in 2014 there are more than 60 preliminary rounds in the districts of 14 Belgian cities! A major national final is each year planned for September.
